This is a video instruction on squash warmups to prevent injury and get you ready to play.

Keep the warm-up to 5-10 minutes until you reach a sweat and then stretch. Keep it to a minimum of 15-30 second holds.

No stretch should hurt.

Most important is to stretch well after the game and hold each stretch for about 20 seconds to a minute.
